Day 17 | Paul's Prayer For the Church
I DO NOT CEASE TO GIVE THANKS FOR YOU, REMEMBERING YOU IN MY PRAYERS, THAT THE GOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, THE FATHER OF GLORY, MAY GIVE YOU THE SPIRIT OF WISDOM AND OF REVELATION IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM, EPHESIANS 1:16-17
Today I confess my faith in the Lord Jesus and acknowledge your love for all the saints. Every moment, I have not stopped thanking you for all the amazing people you have brought into my life. I pray for each of them to be filled with your blessings. My life has been blessed by my pastor who faithfully teaches the whole council of God. My life has been enriched by the pastoral team that walks alongside me and cares for my family.
My God, give me Your spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Open my eyes with your divine understanding. Enlighten my heart to receive Your Word for my life, that I might experience the hope of His calling to direct my steps.
I am eternally grateful for the abundant great riches of your glory which are my inheritance as your child. I am grateful for your exceedingly great power to those who believe. Today I request that you work your mighty power in me which you worked in Christ when You raisedHim from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly place. Amen.
